The Dean of the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies , the Chartered Accountant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Thajil Al-Mamouri, headed the delegation formed in accordance with the recommendations of the Diwani Order Team (95 of 2021) regarding the preparation of the program budget and performance project document for the Republic of Iraq, concerned with reviewing the Egyptian experience in the field of program budgeting and performance and implementing the system. GFMIS with the Advisor to the Minister of Finance for Financing Affairs and the Advisor to the Minister of Finance supervising the Program Budget and Performance Unit, as well as the advanced staff in the Ministry of Finance concerned with Program Budget, Performance and the GFMIS system.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

The meetings were held intensively during the days of the workshop, which included discussions and active participation from all members of the delegation to reach a complete understanding of the Egyptian experience, from the early stages of thinking, planning, and implementing the programs subject of the workshop, to the current situation with its tangible advantages and challenges that accompanied it, leading to future directions to achieve the best as an Egyptian experience supported by the role of International technical and financial.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
