The Department of Financial Studies the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad discussed the research titled (The Effect of Applying the European Quality Model (EFQM: 2020) in Enhancing Entrepreneurial Behavior Applied research in the General Tax Authority) for the student Alaa Mohammed Hussein Ali Al-Nassar \u00a0to obtain a higher diploma equivalent to a master\u2019s degree in taxes and grants its holder All rights and privileges of a master’s degree.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

The study aimed to enhance entrepreneurial behavior by eliminating it (creative behavior, proactive behavior, risk-taking, entrepreneurial culture) in order to raise the level of quality of tax services provided by the General Authority for Taxes through the application of the European Quality Model (EFQM: 2020)), represented by the standards (direction, implementation and results).<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

The study concluded work on formulating an Iraqi quality model that is considered a national award for quality granted to the ministries and government departments affiliated with them in adopting these standards.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
