The Department of Accounting Studies at the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad discussed the research titled(Reducing flight costs by using Techniques of Value Chain and the Internet of Things (IOT) to achieve Customer Satisfaction Applied Research) for the student Ali Ibrahim Khaleel AL-Zubeidi \u00a0to obtain Cost & Managerial Accounting\u00a0 certificate, which is the highest professional certificate in the field of specialization, and its holder enjoys all the rights and privileges of a doctorate degree.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The study aimed to explain the characteristics and advantages of value chain technologies and the Internet of Things after studying and analyzing them, as well as explaining their role in reducing air travel costs by relying on modern cost methods and technologies in order to achieve customer satisfaction in light of the competitive environment within this field.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The study resulted in a continuous re-analysis of the company’s activities and finding ways to improve its operations in order to reduce the costs charged on flight tickets to achieve a competitive price in the air transport market. It became useful for the General Company for Iraqi Airlines to switch to the digital method in flight ticket sales operations. And developing it into electronic tickets by employing Internet of Things technology.<\/strong><\/h4>\n
