The Department of Financial Studies the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad discussed the research titled (The Role of Strategic Foresight in the Organizational Brilliance of Banks Applied research in a number of Iraqi private commercial banks) for the student Hadeel Tareq Ali \u00a0to obtain a higher diploma equivalent to a master\u2019s degree in banking and grants its holder All rights and privileges of a master’s degree.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The study aimed to measure and analyze the correlation and influence relationship between the independent variable strategic foresight with its dimensions represented by (environmental scanning, future vision, scenarios, reconfiguration), and the dependent variable, the organizational brilliance of banks, with its dimensions, represented by (brilliance with leadership, brilliance with service and innovation, brilliance with knowledge, brilliance with employees), and diagnosing the level of the sample\u2019s interest in the practices of strategic foresight and organizational brilliance of banks<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The study concluded that there is a correlation and a significant effect of strategic foresight on the organizational brilliance of banks, as the dimensions of strategic foresight were able to explain the changes and deviations occurring in the organizational brilliance of banks, in addition to the presence of significant differences in the level of the sample\u2019s answers to the questionnaire variables according to the banks investigated.<\/strong><\/h4>\n
