The Department of Financial Studies the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad discussed the research titled (The impact of the salary localization service in enhancing banking competitive advantage \/ applied research in a sample of private Iraqi commercial banks) for the student \u00a0Majid Hamid Hussin to obtain a higher diploma equivalent to a master\u2019s degree in banks \u00a0and grants its holder All rights and privileges of a master’s degree.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The study aimed to demonstrate the impact of the salary localization service in enhancing the banking competitive advantage. In order to achieve this goal, the salary localization service was chosen as an independent variable and its impact on the dependent variable is the competitive advantage.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The study concluded that banks pay attention to awareness campaigns for electronic operations, including the process of localizing salaries and the importance of using electronic devices such as automated teller machines (ATM) and payment points (POC), with the aim of increasing customers\u2019 confidence in these electronic operations, which helps banks achieve banking development, and helps the subject of Research on achieving the sustainable development goals set by the United Nations committees (SDGs) regarding achieving economic development for banks.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
