The Department of Financial Studies at The Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies discusses at the University of Baghdad discussed the research tagged (organizational immunity and its Role in Enhancing \u00a0the strategic capabilities of the company – applied research in Iraqi \u00a0State Insurance Company) for the student Omar Readh Majeed to obtain a higher diploma equivalent to a master\u2019s degree in insurance and grants its holder All rights and privileges of a master’s degree.<\/p>\n

The study aimed to determine the correlation and influence relationship between the organizational independent variable, represented by (organizational memory, organizational genes, organizational learning) and the strategic capabilities dependent variable, of the company which represented\u00a0 by \u00a0(marketing capabilities, administrative capabilities, technological capabilities, creative capabilities) and the order of those dimensions According to their importance and priority.<\/p>\n

The study concluded that there is a correlation and a significant effect of organizational immunity on the strategic capabilities of the company, as well as the absence of significant statistically significant differences in the respondents’ response to the research variables due to personal and functional \u00a0variables.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]
