Its holder enjoys all the rights and privileges of a doctorate degree. The students were interviewed by specialized committees headed by the Dean of the Institute, Chartered Accountant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Thajil Al-Mamouri, and the head and teaching staff of the department.
