Lecturer Dr. Zahraa Faleh Jali from the Women\u2019s Empowerment Committee at the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies participated in the International Women\u2019s Day celebration organized by the Women\u2019s Empowerment Division at the Presidency of the University of Baghdad, in cooperation with a number of research centers, to celebrate the occasion of International Women\u2019s Day under the title (University Women are Creative Energy and Products) Sustainable), in the presence of the Assistant President of the University of Baghdad for Administrative Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Amir Faisal Abdul Amir, a member of the Baghdad Provincial Council, Dr. Yusra Jaloub Madloul, the Dean of the College of Engineering, Professor Dr. Ghassan Hamid Abdul Majeed, and the head of the Women\u2019s Empowerment Division, teacher Sinai Aboud Al-Hammami.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

The celebration highlighted the achievements of university women, their participation in scientific publishing, and their contribution to health, educational, and other aspects, in addition to their consideration as one of the tributaries of society and its basic pillar.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

The celebration included an exhibition of posters entitled (Shining Stars) for a number of the achievements of distinguished women of the University of Baghdad in the various formations of the university, as well as the participation of a group of research papers related to women\u2019s achievements, as well as the presentation of videos illustrating the products, contributions and activities that were accomplished by the women\u2019s empowerment units for the formations of the University of Baghdad. The ceremony concluded with the distribution of a set of certificates of appreciation to those who contributed to the completion of this ceremony.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
