Between the Post-graduate Institute of Accounting and Financial Studies and Ilam State University &#8211; Iran in all activities, as Assistant Professor Dr. Hanan Abdullah Hassan, a member of the Higher Committee for International Cooperation at the Institute and a lecturing assistant in the Department of Financial Studies, was assigned to discuss the details of the draft memorandum of international cultural cooperation between the University of Baghdad and the University of Elam Government &#8211;
