The Continuing Education Unit was established at the Higher Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad, under the supervision of the Dean of the Institute, the Chartered Accountant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Thajil Al-Mamouri, entitled (Administrative Investigation and Grievance thereof), in which the Assistant Lecturer, Enas Juma Radi, official of the Legal Division at the Institute, lectured.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

\u00a0The workshop discussed how to conduct an administrative investigation, the stages of the investigation, the authority of the administration in forming the investigative committee, the legal formality for forming the investigative committee, what are the stages and steps of the administrative investigation, and how to write the committee\u2019s minutes and recommendations based on Paragraph (8) of the Discipline of State and Public Sector Employees Law No. (14) of 1991.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

\u00a0The workshop concluded with the need to take into account the authority of the administration legally authorized to form an investigative committee by recommending the formation of an audit committee before an investigative committee is formed.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
