Under the supervision of the Dean of the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad, the Chartered Accountant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Thajil Al-Mamouri, the Continuing Education Unit at the Institute held the workshop entitled (Communication Skills According to the Jawaheri Window Model for Personality Types), in which Professor Dr. Beida Sattar Lafta, Head of the Financial Studies Department, lectured. Institute. <\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

The workshop dealt with how to accept others and their opinions to form good working relationships with them by understanding this interesting and very important window for self-observation and increasing awareness when dealing with others and thus improving communication and communication skills with them. <\/strong><\/span>The workshop concluded that everyone has this window, but its wideness varies from one person to another.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
