Under the supervision of the Dean of the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad, the Chartered Accountant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Thajil Al-Mamouri, the Continuing Education Unit, within the implementation of the National Strategy Program for Education and Higher Education (2022-2031), held the workshop entitled (Managing Teamwork to Empower and Motivate Others), in which the professor lectured. Dr. Kholoud Hadi Abboud, teaching assistant in the Financial Studies Department at the Institute, and a number of lecturers and graduate students at the Institute participated in the workshop.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

The workshop addressed the importance of teamwork and the results that can be achieved after these results are compared to individual work to enhance understanding of the importance of teamwork while clarifying how teamwork contributes to achieving goals effectively and efficiently.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

\u00a0The workshop concluded with the importance of effective communication within the team, including active listening, providing constructive feedback, resolving conflicts effectively, and teaching participants different ways to resolve conflicts that may arise between team members in constructive and positive ways, while building trust between them and organizing various activities to enhance this trust by It increases harmony and cooperation, which will be reflected in better performance of work team members.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
