The Dean of the post-graduate Institute of Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad, the Chartered Accountant, Assistant Professor, Dr. Ali Muhammad Thajil Al-Mamouri, participated in the first session of the Regulatory and Accounting Standards Council in the Republic of Iraq, which was held at the headquarters of the Federal Financial Supervision Bureau in the capital, Baghdad, headed by His Excellency Dr. Ammar Subhi Khalaf, Chairman of the Federal Financial Supervision Bureau. In the presence of the Council members, the Director General of the General Authority for Taxes in the Ministry of Finance, the Director General of the Baghdad Stock Exchange in the Securities Commission, the Director General of the Company Registration Department in the Ministry of Commerce, the Director General of the Economic Department in the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, and representatives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, including specialists, university professors, and the Captain of… Iraqi accountants and auditors and the Director General of the Department of Statistics and Research at the Central Bank of Iraq.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

During the session, the topics raised and included in the agenda of the first session were discussed and the necessary actions were taken regarding them.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
