The Dean of the Post-graduate Institute of Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad, the chartered accountant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Thajil Al-Maamouri, participated in the discussion of the research of the Post-graduate Institute for the Preparation and Qualification of Leaders at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, submitted by the participants in the second session of the preparation and qualification program.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The research submitted by the participants in the preparation and qualification program aims to support administrative and financial reforms and enhance the performance of institutions in line with the objectives of the government program and enhance the capabilities of leaders in implementing government programs effectively.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
