The Department of Financial Studies the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad discussed the research titled (Evaluation of the level of application of the banking compliance management system according to the international standard specification-ISO 37301:2021)-Applied Research) for the student Omar Adil Dawood to obtain a higher diploma equivalent to a master\u2019s degree in banks and grants its holder All rights and privileges of a master’s degree.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The study aimed to evaluate the compliance management system at Rashid Bank \/ General Administration according to the requirements of the international standard (ISO 37301:2021) represented by the context of the organization, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation, improvement), and to determine the size of the gap between the actual reality and what it should be according to the requirements of that specification, in addition to analyzing the gaps by diagnosing the strengths and weaknesses of the level of application and documentation and identifying the main and secondary reasons for diagnosing cases of non-conformity and actual documentation by adopting appropriate tools that help in analyzing the gaps.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
