The workshop was managed and lectured by Assistant Lecturer Enas Jumaa Radhi, Head of the Legal Division at the Institute. A number of instructors and graduate students at the Institute participated in the workshop.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>The workshop aimed to explore the relationship between corruption and organized crime and how corruption enhances the ability of gangs and criminal groups to expand, discussing how educational and community programs can contribute to preventing organized crime, especially in areas most vulnerable to these activities.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>The workshop concluded that it is important to link organized crime and human trafficking, as it represents a multidimensional threat to social, economic and environmental stability. Therefore, sustainable development goals can only be achieved by strengthening institutions, enhancing transparency and achieving international cooperation.
