This course was part of the basic training courses for Ministry of Oil employees, and was attended by a number of employees in the northern region (Kirkuk Oil Institute, North Oil Institute, North Oil Company, North Refineries Company, North Gas Company).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]<div class=\"cz_gap clr  hide_on_tablet hide_on_mobile\" style=\"height: 5px\"><\/div><div class=\"cz_gap show_on_tablet clr  show_only_tablet\" style=\"height: 5px\"><\/div><div class=\"cz_gap show_on_mobile clr\" style=\"height: 5px\"><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">During the first week of the period from (September 7, 2025 to September 11, 2025) the Institute&#8217;s instructors, Prof. Dr. Ali Abbas Karim and Asst. Prof. Dr. Hakim Hamoud Falih, lectured in the second week of the period from September 14, 2025 to September 18, 2025), Prof. Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Ibrahim and Prof. Dr. Khawla Hussein Hamdan lectured.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]<div class=\"cz_gap clr  hide_on_tablet hide_on_mobile\" style=\"height: 5px\"><\/div><div class=\"cz_gap show_on_tablet clr  show_only_tablet\" style=\"height: 5px\"><\/div><div class=\"cz_gap show_on_mobile clr\" style=\"height: 5px\"><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The course included many topics related to the application of international accounting standards, including (International Financial Reporting Standard IFRS 1, International Accounting Standard for Inventories, International Standard 7 for Corporate Activities, and Fair Value Standard No. 13). It also addressed changes in foreign exchange rates and their impact on assets, liabilities, and planning budgets.
