Institute Media<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad held the opening of its fifth scientific conference for postgraduate students at the Peace Theater in the College of Media. The conference was held under the slogan (The Role of Scientific Research in Achieving Sustainable Development Goals between the Challenges of Reality and Future Aspirations) in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Amir Faisal Abdul Amir, and the Chartered Accountant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Thajil Al-Maamouri, Dean of the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies, in addition to a group of professors from the institute and specialists in this field.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The conference aimed to enhance the role of scientific research in achieving sustainable development by providing a platform for exchanging knowledge between postgraduate students and various institutions, and encouraging cooperation and partnerships between academic institutions and the public and private sectors of the state by combining the scientific aspect with the practical aspect.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The conference addressed the most prominent challenges facing society, highlighting the innovations and modern technologies that can contribute to finding effective solutions, in addition to directing researchers towards preparing scientific studies that meet the needs of the future.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The conference concluded with scientific sessions attended by the legal accountant, Professor Dr. Asaad Ghani Jihad, Director General of the Administrative and Financial Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The conference topics were discussed in the halls of the institute, which are the accounting axis, the auditing axis, the financial axis, and the administrative and economic axis, which dealt with various research papers by postgraduate students from Tabriz University in Iran and from Iraqi universities, represented by the University of Baghdad, Al-Mustansiriya, Al-Nahrain, and the University of Kufa.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

This conference achieves various sustainable development goals, including the research papers of the participants in various business sectors.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

After the conference recommendations were presented according to the scientific topics, certificates of participation and letters of thanks and appreciation were distributed.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
