The course ran from June 16-19, 2025.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>The course aimed to introduce auditing procedures for financial transactions before and after disbursement, with the goal of protecting the assets of the economic unit. However, this view quickly began to change due to a number of new factors that intertwined to contribute to the development of the concept of internal auditing and to transform its image into a function serving the institution as a whole, rather than merely serving management.
