{"id":6553,"date":"2025-07-02T12:08:19","date_gmt":"2025-07-02T09:08:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.pgiafs.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=6553"},"modified":"2025-07-03T12:16:46","modified_gmt":"2025-07-03T09:16:46","slug":"the-post-graduate-institute-for-accounting-and-financial-studies-discusses-the-role-of-organizational-diagnosis-in-reducing-internal-tax","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.pgiafs.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=6553","title":{"rendered":"The Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies Discusses the Role Of Organizational Diagnosis In Reducing Internal Tax"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\"><strong>Institute media<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\"><strong>The Department of Financial Studies the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad discussed the research titled (The Role Of Organizational Diagnosis In Reducing Internal Tax Risks -An Applied Research ) for the student Zahraa Munadhil Jassim\u00a0 to obtain a higher diploma equivalent to a master\u2019s degree in taxes and grants its holder All rights and privileges of a master&#8217;s degree.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\"><strong>The study aimed to provide in-depth insights into the importance of organizational diagnosis in improving tax performance and to evaluate the relationship between the independent variable, organizational diagnosis, according to the McKinsey S7 model, with its dimensions (strategy, organizational structure, employees, leadership, skills, systems, and shared values), and the dependent variable, internal tax risks, with its dimensions (tax assessment risks, information systems risks, tax audit risks, administrative risks, tax collection risks, employee risks, and control risks).
