It also explored their role in reducing land transportation costs and achieving customer satisfaction in light of the competitive environment within this field. To achieve the desired research objectives, the study was conducted at the General Company for Private Transport Management, one of the leading Iraqi companies in the field of transportation.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\"><strong>The study concluded that the company&#8217;s management must adopt strategic cost management techniques, such as target costing, value engineering, and continuous improvement, to rehabilitate and develop garages and yards into modern, smart garages in accordance with international standards in key geographical locations.
