The Department of Financial Studies the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad discussed the research titled (Electronic Payment Services and Their Role in Enhancing the Strategic Performance of Insurance Companies- An Applied Research ) for the student Gaith khalaf najem to obtain a higher diploma equivalent to a master\u2019s degree in insurance and grants its holder All rights and privileges of a master’s degree.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The study aimed to identify the positive role of electronic payment services in improving the strategic performance of insurance companies. This was achieved by measuring the impact of the dimensions of electronic payment services on the strategic performance indicators of the companies studied, and analyzing the nature of the correlation between them. This would contribute to improving performance and achieving strategic objectives.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The study concluded that digital systems are important in improving operational efficiency and achieving organizational goals. The researcher recommended launching awareness campaigns explaining the advantages of electronic payment in creating a competitive advantage, focusing on the real benefits for end users, as well as adopting sustainable business models to offset high investment costs through flexible pricing strategies and providing value-added services.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
