Present at the symposium were Colonel Hussam Hamdan Abdullah, Ministry of Interior, Civil Defense Directorate; Dr. Atheer Natiq Al-Alawi, Industrial Economics Expert; Professor Kamal Saadoun Al-Qasim, Cellular Concrete Technical Expert; Major General Naseer Sawadi Kazim; and Professor Nawas Sabah Shaker, Director of Civil Defense Media Relations at the Ministry of Interior.
