The Department of Financial Studies the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad discussed the research titled (The Role of Insurance Information Systems in Achieving Strategic Renewal\/An Applied Research) for the student Abeer Thaer Kareem to obtain a higher diploma equivalent to a master\u2019s degree in insurance and grants its holder All rights and privileges of a master’s degree.<\/span><\/p>\n

The study aimed to achieve several key objectives, the most important of which were: identifying the extent of the interest of the National and Iraqi General Insurance Companies in the research variables, and measuring and analyzing the correlation and influence between the independent variable, insurance information systems, across its dimensions (material resources, human resources, databases, software), and the dependent variable, strategic renewal, across its dimensions (context, content, process), in the National and Iraqi General Insurance Companies as the place of application.<\/span><\/p>\n

The study concluded that the management of the two companies under study should increase their focus on implementing insurance information systems to achieve strategic renewal. This is in accordance with the results of the current research, which reveal correlations and influences between its variables and the hypothetical scheme adopted by this research.<\/span><\/p>\n
