This technology integrates lean manufacturing principles with advanced cost analysis methodologies to link financial information to true value streams and identify non-value-added activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]<div class=\"cz_gap clr  hide_on_tablet hide_on_mobile\" style=\"height: 5px\"><\/div><div class=\"cz_gap show_on_tablet clr  show_only_tablet\" style=\"height: 5px\"><\/div><div class=\"cz_gap show_on_mobile clr\" style=\"height: 5px\"><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The study found inefficiencies in human resource utilization and logistics management problems that led to high inventory and delivery costs. The absence of digital transformation resulted in slow financial data generation, deficiencies in the information system, weaknesses in quality control processes, shortcomings in training policy implementation, and a lack of improvement in supply chain management.
