A number of staff and faculty members from the Institute participated in the workshop.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 17px; font-family: Georgia, serif;\">The workshop addressed the necessity of strengthening internal control systems in institutions to ensure the early detection of cases of administrative and financial corruption and to limit their escalation. It also emphasized the importance of applying the principle of transparency and disclosure of financial and administrative operations to enhance institutional trust. Furthermore, the workshop stressed the need to disseminate a culture of integrity and professional ethics through continuous training programs targeting all employees. It also highlighted the necessity of expanding the use of electronic systems and digital governance, enhancing performance efficiency, and activating the principle of accountability without exception to ensure workplace justice and deter illegal practices.
