The research objective was to identify the concept and importance of concurrent engineering and lean production technologies in the industrial environment.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 17px; font-family: Georgia, serif; color: #000000;\">The study concluded that several activities cannot be eliminated with the existing machinery in the factory, such as preparing the pile yarns, inspection, and tufting. Furthermore, the study found that pattern design costs are high due to the factory&#8217;s use of carpet-making machines introduced in the 1970s and 1980s.
