This contributes to increasing the efficiency of resource allocation and improving the quality of government performance.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 17px; font-family: Georgia, serif; color: #000000;\">The Dean&#8217;s participation reflects his contribution to developing academic and administrative leadership and his openness to specialized training programs that facilitate the transfer of expertise and knowledge.
