The Dean of the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Mohammed Thajil Al-Maamouri, a certified public accountant presented his congratulations and a commemorative gift to Dr. Ali Karim Hussein, a certified public accountant, on his appointment as Deputy Minister of Finance. This gesture expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes on this occasion, and acknowledged Dr. Hussein’s distinguished career and outstanding contributions to the financial and accounting sectors. The Dean wished him continued success in his new role, hoping it would contribute to the development of financial operations and serve the public interest.<\/span><\/h3>\n

The Dean emphasized that this gift is a token of appreciation for the Deputy Minister’s significant contributions to supporting financial and administrative development and strengthening cooperation with academic institutions. This collaboration, he noted, contributes to preparing specialized personnel with the competence and experience to meet labor market demands and enhance institutional performance. For his part, the Deputy Minister of Finance expressed his gratitude and appreciation for this initiative, praising the scientific and professional role played by the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies in preparing specialized leaders and experts. He also affirmed the continuation of joint cooperation to serve the goals of development and financial reform in Iraq.<\/span><\/h3>\n
