As part of the 2026 activity plan at the Post Graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies (University of Baghdad)\u2014and in cooperation with the University of Baghdad\u2019s Continuing Education Center\u2014the Institute\u2019s Continuing Education Unit organized a training course titled “Administrative Organization and Human Resources Management.” The course was conducted by Assistant Professor Dr. Aws Mahmoud Mohammed, the Training Officer at the University of Baghdad\u2019s Continuing Education Center.<\/span><\/h3>\n

The course aimed to develop participants’ capabilities in administrative organization and human resource management\u2014viewed as an integrated system\u2014and to enhance their skills in analyzing existing organizational structures and identifying areas of dysfunction. It also sought to familiarize them with the best procedures and solutions for organizational development and for elevating the efficiency of administrative operations.<\/span><\/h3>\n

In conclusion, the course underscored the importance of integrating administrative organization with human resource management to achieve optimal resource utilization, improve the work environment, and enhance organizational performance effectiveness.<\/span><\/h3>\n

This initiative supports Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), by fostering skill development, boosting performance efficiency, and improving the institutional work environment.<\/span><\/h3>\n
