As the research was shared with the student Bahaa Ibrahim Rahma Al-Mawsum (the role of digital shopping in commercial banks), and it was delivered on the first day of the conference.
The research aimed to identify the concept of digital marketing and its dimensions, and to measure the extent to which the research sample bank adheres to the requirements of digital marketing dimensions, by directing a number of questions related to each dimension to the concerned persons in the bank.
The research reached the bank’s commitment to requirements in the following percentages (93%, 64%, 79%, 93%, 79%) according to the dimensions (attraction, absorption, communication, retention, learning), respectively.
