Dean of the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad, the Chartered Accountant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Thajil Al-Mamouri, honors the Chartered Accountant Dr. Qaiser Ghazi Zaghir with the Institute’s shield on the occasion of his assumption of the position of Vice President of the Federal Financial Supervision Bureau, and in continuation of the program honoring the Institute’s graduates who hold senior leadership positions in the state administration Service to the community.
