Professor Dr. Sabiha Barzan Farhoud, a lecturer at the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad, was awarded a certificate of excellence for her contribution to a scientific evaluation of a book from one of the international publishing houses (BP International).
