The Chartered Accountant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Thajeel Al-Mamouri, Dean of the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad, met during his visit to the Federal Office of Financial Supervision with the Chartered Accountant, Professor Alaa Hussein, Director General of the Industrial Sector and the Local Government Sector, in the presence of a group of experts in the two sectors.
During the meeting, the efforts made by the Director General, experts and practical supervisors in the two sectors were discussed to raise the level of the Institute’s trainee students in them, as well as identifying the obstacles that accompany the training process and ways to overcome them through cooperation between the two parties. To reach a high qualification commensurate with the needs of the business sector in the era of globalization, and the meeting took place in an atmosphere of understanding, harmony and a sense of mutual responsibility towards the Institute and its future.
At the end of the meeting, the Dean of the Institute, in his name and on behalf of the students of the Institute, expressed his thanks and appreciation for the efforts made by the Director General and the experts for all their efforts to serve the Institute and its students.
