The Institute is managed by a council called (the Institute Council) according to Article (3) of the Institute’s law consisting of:
Dean of the Institute – President.
Associate Dean – member and rapporteur.
Heads of scientific departments – members.
A representative of each of the Ministries of Finance, Industry and Minerals, the Office of Financial Supervision and the Central Bank of Iraq, who are specialists in accounting and financial matters, with a level of no less than a general manager – members.
