The Department of Financial Studies the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad discussed the research titled (The Role of Organizational Alignment in the Personality Architecture of Insurance Service Providers: An Applied Research) for the student Kawthar Kadhim Mahmood to obtain a higher diploma equivalent to a master’s degree in insurance and grants its holder All rights and privileges of a master’s degree.
This study aimed to investigate the role of organizational alignment, across its dimensions (decision-making behaviors, work environment, organizational openness, and entrepreneurial orientation), in the personality architecture of insurance service providers, as measured by its dimensions (self-character, self-efficacy, work intentions, ethical standards, and personal goal setting). The study was conducted at the Iraqi General Insurance Company, and the investigation sought to identify the nature of the correlation and influence between these dimensions.
The study concluded that there are a significant correlation and influence of organizational alignment on the personality architecture of insurance service providers. Furthermore, the study found a significant influence of the dimensions of organizational alignment (decision-making behaviors, work environment, organizational openness, and entrepreneurial orientation) when combined on the personality architecture of these service providers.
