In an atmosphere filled with joy and pride in national identity, the Post-graduate Institute of Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad organized its celebratory activities on the occasion of Iraqi National Day, affirming the university’s role in instilling the values of belonging and loyalty to the homeland in the hearts of its students and affiliates.
The institute also organized the launch of various programs and activities, including student marches, raising national flags, and national anthems that reflected the depth of belonging and the spirit of solidarity among members of the university family. The activities also included photographs depicting Iraq’s historical journey and the sacrifices of its sons for freedom and sovereignty.
Through these events, the Post-graduate Institute of Accounting and Financial Studies continues its national and cultural activities, affirming its academic mission to graduate a conscious generation that understands the importance of its role in serving and building the nation. These activities achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, represented by Goal 4, which calls for quality education, as well as Goal 17, “Partnership for the Goals.”
