The Department of Financial Studies the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad discussed the research titled (The Role of Federal Financial Audit Bureau Reports in Rationalizing  the Decisions of General Tax Authority / Applied research) for the student  Adnan Mohammed Jasim  to obtain a higher diploma equivalent to a master’s degree in taxes and grants its holder All rights and privileges of a master’s degree.
The study aimed to demonstrate the role of the Federal Audit Bureau’s reports in rationalizing the decisions of the General Tax Authority through subsequent oversight of its work, ensuring rational performance and increasing tax revenues. This, in turn, contributes to increasing the state’s general budget revenues and achieving tax justice. The study also highlighted the role of the Federal Audit Bureau’s reports in developing and improving the performance of the General Tax Authority by monitoring the reports issued.
The study concluded that the Federal Audit Bureau’s reports play an important role in rationalizing the decisions of the General Tax Authority, achieving justice, and increasing tax revenues through the reports it issues annually.
