The study concluded several key findings: administrative leadership demonstrated a mature institutional mindset and an organizational culture that recognizes the value of governance in performance enhancement. There was also a clear focus on sustainable finance practices—albeit with relatively greater emphasis on technological and environmental aspects compared to the social dimension, which still requires further development.
