Under the patronage of the President of the University of Baghdad, Professor
Dr. Bahaa Ibrahim Ansaf, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies, the Chartered Accountant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Thajil Al-Mamouri, Chairman of the Supreme Committee for International Cooperation at the Institute, and based on the principle of academic and scientific cooperation and believing in the importance of cooperation in many scientific and professional activities and the exchange of experiences. Between the Post-graduate Institute of Accounting and Financial Studies and Ilam State University – Iran in all activities, as Assistant Professor Dr. Hanan Abdullah Hassan, a member of the Higher Committee for International Cooperation at the Institute and a lecturing assistant in the Department of Financial Studies, was assigned to discuss the details of the draft memorandum of international cultural cooperation between the University of Baghdad and the University of Elam Government – Iran, in a way that ensures the service and development of the scientific process of both parties , these activities are classified within the objectives of environment and sustainability in achieving goal (17) activating global partnerships to achieve sustainable development goals.
