In support of distinguished scientific and professional talents, the Dean of the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies, chartered accountant Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Mohammed Thajil Al-Maamouri, honored Professor Dr. Ali Naeem Jassim, Assistant Director General of the Administrative and Financial Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, with the Institute’s Shield of Creativity and Excellence.
