Under the patronage and supervision of the Dean of the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Mohammed Thajil Al-Maamouri, a certified public accountant, the institute’s gardens underwent a comprehensive renovation and development campaign. This initiative reflects the ongoing commitment to the university environment and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the academic campus.
A special committee was formed to oversee the institute’s gardens. This committee included Ms. Hind Abdul Hussein Habib from the Financial Studies Department, Mrs. Basma Sabah Karim from the Scientific Journal Unit, Mr. Ahmed Saad Abdullah from the Financial Studies Department, and Mr. Mohammed Jabbar from the Human Resources Division – Incoming and Outgoing Mail Unit. The committee oversaw the renovation work, which included organizing the green spaces, rehabilitating the plants, and improving the overall appearance of the garden to align with a modern educational environment.
The renovation work was carried out in the presence of the Head of the Financial Studies Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Wafaa Hussein Salman Al-Haidari, who emphasized the importance of these initiatives in creating a comfortable and stimulating learning environment for students, as well as their role in promoting environmental awareness within the educational institution.
These efforts are part of the institute’s vision to develop infrastructure and improve green spaces, contributing to a comprehensive educational environment that combines academic and aesthetic aspects.
