The Dean of the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies, the Chartered Accountant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Thajil Al-Maamouri, met with the Chartered Accountant, Professor Jawad Ghanem Ali Al-Shahili, Head of the Iraqi Accountants Syndicate, President of the Union of Arab Accountants and Auditors, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Arab Institute of Certified Public Accountants. During the meeting, ways of cooperation between the Post-graduate Institute were reviewed. For accounting and financial studies, the University of Baghdad and between the Iraqi Accountants and Auditors Syndicate, the Arab Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Certified Institute of Internal Auditors, especially the joint cooperation agreement in all scientific fields (Lecturing, supervision, discussions, seminars, conferences). It was agreed to support the third international and fifth national conference entitled “Reform The Iraqi Economy: Challenges of the Present and Visions of the Future,” which will be held by the Institute. At the end of the meeting, the Dean of the Institute extended his thanks and high gratitude to the Chartered Accountant Professor Jawad Ghanem Ali Al-Shehili, who in return expressed his wishes for the Post-graduate Institute of Accounting and Financial Studies further progress and success
