The Department of Financial Studies the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad discussed the research titled (The Impact of Investment Deposits in Achieving Sustainable Development – Applied research) for the student Hazim jabbar nasi to obtain a higher diploma equivalent to a master’s degree in banks and grants its holder All rights and privileges of a master’s degree.

This study aimed to demonstrate the impact of investment deposits on achieving the dimensions of sustainable development (economic, social, and environmental) in Islamic banks. These deposits represent a key tool for mobilizing financial resources and channeling them into productive investment avenues that contribute to stimulating the economic cycle and promoting social justice by providing financing opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), in addition to supporting environmentally conscious projects that comply with sustainability standards.

The study concluded that activating the role of investment deposits directly contributes to building a stable financial base for the bank and enhances opportunities for sustainable development in Iraq by financing productive economic activities and supporting social stability.
