Under the supervision of the Dean of the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Mohammed Thajil Al-Maamouri, the Institute held a seminar entitled “The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Organizational Cultural Awareness” as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week. The seminar took place in the Institute’s hall and was presented by Dr. Ahmed Hassan Ahmed, Head of the Accounting Studies Department. A number of faculty members and postgraduate students from the Institute participated.
The seminar aimed to improve communication and understanding among employees from diverse cultural backgrounds, increase organizational efficiency by providing diverse insights into data on cultural interactions, support innovation and creativity by integrating cultural perspectives, and enhance the organization’s dual capacity to adapt to changing cultural trends.
These activities fall under the Environment and Sustainability Goals (ESG 4), which aims to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
