As part of the 2026 activity plan at the Post Graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies (University of Baghdad)—and in cooperation with the University of Baghdad’s Continuing Education Center—the Institute’s Continuing Education Unit organized a training course titled “Administrative Organization and Human Resources Management.” The course was conducted by Assistant Professor Dr. Aws Mahmoud Mohammed, the Training Officer at the University of Baghdad’s Continuing Education Center.
The course aimed to develop participants’ capabilities in administrative organization and human resource management—viewed as an integrated system—and to enhance their skills in analyzing existing organizational structures and identifying areas of dysfunction. It also sought to familiarize them with the best procedures and solutions for organizational development and for elevating the efficiency of administrative operations.
In conclusion, the course underscored the importance of integrating administrative organization with human resource management to achieve optimal resource utilization, improve the work environment, and enhance organizational performance effectiveness.
