Professor Dr. Beidaa Sattar Lafta, Head of the Department of Financial Studies at the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad, discussed the research titled (The impact of the dimensions of strategic foresight in achieving organizational brilliance in banks – applied research in a number of private Iraqi commercial banks), based on the university’s directives regarding the discussion of research. Published in international databases for graduate students in the Department of Financial Studies, specializing in banking, for the research stage.
The research aimed to diagnose the level of interest and practice of the managements of the researched banks in strategic foresight and organizational brilliance and the degree of order of their dimensions, measure the effect of strategic foresight on organizational brilliance in the researched banks, and reveal significant differences in the sample’s answers regarding the two research variables according to the researched banks.
This step is within the context of work to be adopted in the future at the Institute to discuss research published within global collections in order to achieve the fourth goal (quality education) of the sustainable development goals.
