The Continuing Education Unit at the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad, under the supervision of the Dean of the Institute, Chartered Accountant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Thajil Al-Mamouri, held a training course entitled (Leadership Engineering and Self-Marketing) for the Institute’s members, in which a group of professors lectured, a course entitled (Maintaining Accounting Records and Preparing Financial Statements). ) for the period from 11/28-30/2023.
The first lecture was delivered by Professor Dr. Baydaa Sattar Lafta, Head of the Financial Studies Department at the Institute, in which she addressed the basic concepts and methods of self-marketing, highlighting strengths and preparing a CV, while Professor Dr. Siham Al-Kaabi from the Center for Continuing Education at our university demonstrated leadership methods, their types, and methods of organizing work, while concluding The course, through the lecture given by Assistant Professor Dr. Tahani Abdel Hussein from the Center for Psychological and Educational Research at the University of Baghdad, demonstrated methods of self-development and personal skills development.
At the end of the course, the participants passed the test and certificates of appreciation were distributed.
