The Department of Accounting Studies at the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad discussed the research titled(Auditing Marketing Activities and Its Impact on Reducing Black Marketing- An Applied research) for the student faten Jasim Tuama  to obtain chartered accountant certificate, which is the highest professional certificate in the field of specialization, and its holder enjoys all the rights and privileges of a doctorate degree.  

The study aimed to provide a conceptual framework for black marketing and marketing activities in terms of concept, characteristics and objectives, and to introduce marketing audit and the importance of the desired objectives when applying it in economic units, as well as explaining the role of auditing marketing activities in reducing black marketing, as well as analyzing and auditing data on the marketing activities of a company between Al-Nahrain General Seed Company (place of application) to help it identify deficiencies in marketing performance.

The study concluded with building an integrated system for collecting and analyzing marketing information, which helps identify market opportunities and risks, better direct strategies, and design flexible marketing plans that can be modified according to market changes and customer needs.
