Under the supervision of the Dean of the Post-graduate Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies at the University of Baghdad, the Chartered Accountant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Thajil Al-Mamouri, the Continuing Education Unit at the Institute and within the implementation of the National Strategy Program for Education and Higher Education (2022-2031) held the workshop entitled (Mechanisms of Career Excellence), in which the lecturer Dr. Ahmed Hassan Ahmed, Rapporteur of the Department of Accounting Studies at the Institute, and a number of lecturers and graduate students at the Institute participated in the workshop.
The workshop addressed the statement of work ethics and the steps to represent it within the organization and enhance belonging and job satisfaction by encouraging competition between employees and workers with the aim of encouraging innovation and excellence and raising morale while improving job performance.
